Reservation Information 

• The bespoke LIP SLEEPING MASK SWIRL service takes approximately 30 minutes per session. 
• Reservations for the bespoke LIP SLEEPING MASK SWIRL service are available exclusively through the official LANEIGE website (online reservation only). 
• Limited walk-in appointments available in-store only on a first come, first served basis. 

Appointment Terms 

• You will choose your fragrance selections during the on-site service. 
• Payment will be processed once the product formulation is complete. 
• If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your reservation may be automatically canceled to accommodate the next guest. 
• If you are unable to visit on your reserved date, please cancel or modify your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. 
• If three or more reservations are automatically canceled due to no-shows within a 90-day period, your ability to make future reservations may be restricted. 

Product/Formula Notice 

• The bespoke LIP SLEEPING MASK SWIRL service is a customized service. Once an order is made, a Formulation Manager will manufacture the product on-site. 
• Two different scents are packed in one product. The same scent cannot be selected twice. 
• The shape and thickness of the swirl may slightly vary by color. 
• Minor pigment invasion may occur between the scents. 
• Fine air bubbles may appear on the surface of the formula. 
• Although formulation has been quantitatively measured, the product content may shrink during the cooling process, causing the container to appear partially empty. 
• The above cases are natural results of the manufacturing process and do not affect the safety of the product.
